They needed to establish a connected data environment and implement collaborative 3D workflows.
They selected SYNCHRO to perform collaborative modeling, clash detection, and construction simulation to coordinate building design, define excavation works, extract bills of quantity, and estimate construction works. Using Bentley applications for model verification and data extraction saved 80% in time and optimized scheduling and construction sequencing for a 5% to 7% increase in ROI. The digital twin solution improved productivity, avoiding 25% of rework. They will integrate equipment tracking and monitoring devices into the digital twin for web-based asset management and maintenance.
