Chorus Life is a futuristic digital village that features a 6,500-capacity arena, a spa, a medical center, a sky-jogging track, a 110-room hotel, and 80 housing units. The project adopts advanced technologies aimed at reducing consumption and the environmental footprint while pioneering a global system model (GSM) platform for urban developments. Impresa Percassi faced coordination, planning, and management challenges integrating data and disciplines into a dynamic digital twin to serve as the basis for the GSM.
They selected SYNCHRO 4D to generate a 4D model that helped plan over 7,000 activities, providing detailed planning and optimized coordinating and scheduling works, which minimized clashes and increased performance. Creating a digital twin prior to on-site construction will reduce construction costs and advance property management while intelligently processing data for predictive maintenance and lifecycle management. The initiative is a model for digitally integrating residences, services, and public spaces, modernizing urban planning standards for increased safety, productivity, and sustainability.
